Casa Teresa

The Casa Teresa is a two story home occupying  2,100 square foot with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office and a three car garage.
With a faux clay tile roof and double-paned windows, the Casa Teresa is designed to stay cool in summer and warm in winter.
Construction is confined masonry on a reinforced concrete slab.

Casa Perquin

The Casa Perquin is a three bedroom, three bathroom 1,600 square foot home with a small office on the second level.
Construction is confined masonry on a concrete slab with metalcon trusses under a faux clay tile roof.
Parking area includes room for two vehicles and floor to ceiling windows on the back side of home allow lots of natural light as well as great views of the near by Andes mountains. 

Casa Maiten

The Casa Maiten is a single story 1,900 square foot home with three bedroom and two  bathrooms.
It's simple but highly functional design includes an office and windows that allow for lots of natural light to enter the home.
Construction is confined masonry on a reinforced concrete slab.
